By using this website or accessing our facility, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Use of Website

You may use this website solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site

  • Transmit or upload any harmful code or engage in conduct that disrupts the website’s functionality

2. Facility Use and Conduct

By booking or participating in activities at Stouffville Athletic Center, you agree to:

  • Abide by all facility rules and staff instructions

  • Wear appropriate sports attire and use proper equipment

  • Conduct yourself respectfully toward staff and other participants

We reserve the right to remove or ban individuals who violate our rules, without refund.

3. Booking and Cancellation

  • Bookings for turf sports and pickleball may be made through 3rd party services, in person or by phone call.

  • Cancellation policies will be clearly outlined at the time of booking. 

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including maintenance or weather conditions (if applicable).

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our posted refund policy.

5. Waiver and Assumption of Risk

By participating in activities at our facility, you acknowledge that sports carry inherent risks of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks and agree that Stouffville Athletic Center is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during participation.

*You may be required to sign a waiver before participating in any physical activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, images, and text, is the property of Stouffville Athletic Center and may not be used or reproduced without our prior consent.

7. Privacy

Use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your personal information.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or facility constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
